Norma is a contemporary dance performance that proposes a critical reflection on the concept of normality, exploring the interaction of identities, represented through the filter of the body. A scenic ritual of five diverse bodies articulated around the opposition generated between the normative and the distinct, the everyday and the strange,
the ordinary and the unexpected, the beautiful and the ugly, questioning the classic paradigm of beauty and appearance in contrast to essence, which leads to categorizations and prejudices. A plea in favor of individuality, the exotic, the out of place. The celebration of the rara avis.
