In PRIMA, a piece designed for the general public, he has encouraged local communities to take their place on stage in the creation process as well as in the performance. Alongside his own work, he has also collaborated and performed with e.g. Dominique Boivin (FR), Daniel Gulko (FR), Sonja Pregrad (RS/DE) Cirk La Putyka (CZ) or Compagnie Mossoux-Bonté (B). Viktor is a guest teacher at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and supervises the artistic processes of the students at the international Ma Directing of Devised Theatre programme.
