Contemporary dance
Andrea Costanzo Martini was born and raised in Italy where he received his first education in contemporary dance and ballet.
At the age of 19 he moved to Munich, Germany where he attended the Heinz-Bosl Stiftung Ballet Akademien and in 2004 he began his professional carrier as a Ballet Dancer in the Aalto Staats Theater Essen.
After this, he was collaborating as a dancer with wel-known companies as BATSHEVA, CULLBERG BALLET and INBAL PINTO.
And after this experiences, He started to create his own pieces, some of them awarded in festivals as The International Suttgart Solo, Mas danza Festival and the International Jerusalem Choreography Competition.
His Works have a strong contemporary dance tecnique mixing with a very particular and fascinating imaginary, that make them very special and unique.
